Profile

Kevin J. Holl has practiced complex litigation for more than 20 years and holds an AV (highest) rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in class actions and in cases involving trade secrets, unfair competition, securities, contract disputes, and construction issues. Mr. Holl has successfully represented clients in jury trials and in arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is an arbitrator with the San Francisco Superior Court and a mediator with the San Francisco Bar Association. He was appointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom to the Treasure Island Citizen Advisory Board and is co-founder of the Raskin Scholarship established in 1995 at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
