Kevin K. Cholakian heads an AV-rated, ten-attorney civil defense firm that represents governmental entities, businesses and individuals in major catastrophic injury, products liability, and environmental litigation. He has been a national panelist on product and fire liability issues and defends many of the highest exposure commercial and personal injury cases in Northern California. A trial attorney for 27 years, he has successfully tried or arbitrated more than 80 cases and has never lost a jury trial. He has also successfully represented insurance companies and individuals as plaintiffs, winning several seven-figure verdicts and settlements. Mr. Cholakian attended San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Hastings College of Law, both on scholarship.
