Profile
I sailed on ships for four years, worked on an offshore oil rig for one year, and grew up in a midwest blue collar town before attending college and law school. Everyday I think about where I came from and how it feels to have someone care, so I am committed to help people from all walks of life receive fair compensation for their injuries. I represent people who have been harmed by the actions or negligence of individuals, corporations, and insurance companies. If I am your lawyer - your warrior, corporations and insurance companies have two choices: meet their responsibility and compensate you for all of your harms, or go to trial. I look my clients in the eye and I tell them that I will represent them and provide them with the same tough representation that big companies pay for with their big bucks. I handle appropriate cases throughout California, and maritime personal injury cases throughout the West Coast, including Alaska and Hawaii. My practice focuses on wrongfully terminated employees and injured persons whose injuries are of such severity as to reduce or eliminate their earning capacities in their chosen occupation. I also represent small business owners in disputes with other larger corporations or insurance companies. The legal process is confusing enough. Contact Mark if you want straight talk, honest evaluation of your potential case and caring personal attention from start to finish.
