Mary E. Farrell is a respected California litigator and the founder of the Farrell Law Group in Sacramento. With more than 16 years of experience in complex civil litigation matters, she has represented employers of all sizes in class action suits, individual employment disputes, business torts and mass tort cases.
Encouraging prevention, Ms. Farrell helps her clients create effective litigation avoidance strategies in high-risk employment disputes. She has extensive experience handling matters involving harassment, retaliation, discrimination, whistleblower actions, wage and hour claims and trade secret litigation.
Ms. Farrell is an often-requested speaker on emerging employment law trends. Recently, she was also the keynote speaker for California’s DWC's Educational Conference. In addition, she is a member of numerous professional associations and a former executive committee member of the Sacramento County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section.
Ms. Farrell graduated with a bachelor's degree from California State Polytechnic University in 1990. In 1994, she earned her J.D. with Great Distinction from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. During law school, she was a member of the Traynor Honor Society and graduated order of the Coif.
