Melinda T. Derish, M.D., J.D., is a member of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, a San Francisco-based law firm with a focus on personal injury and wrongful death litigation and a more than 50-year track record of outstanding results. Melinda came to the Walkup law firm following a 20-year medical career and graduation from the University of California Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law in 2003. Her dual background in medicine and the law enabled her to make an immediate impact on the firm's clients and has continued to allow her to provide exceptional representation in personal injury matters of every type.
