I am a career civil litigator, with extensive trial experience. I regularly handle employment and business litigation for both companies and individuals, including contract claims, discrimination, wage and hour and unfair competition claims. I have handled over 200 professional liability claims in my career, including lawyers, accountants, home inspectors, brokers and contractors. I also have substantial experience in personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, including seven figure exposures, resulting in successful settlements and verdicts.
