Mr. Herrick primarily represents wage earners in litigation for unpaid wages with emphasis on misclassifications of exemptions from overtime wages under FLSA and California wage orders. He practices primarily in federal court and before the Ninth and Eighth Circuits and is admitted in Texas, North Dakota and the United States Supreme Court Bar. He has a broad background in employment and commercial law and litigation. His background includes service as a Judge Advocate officer in Europe and Vietnam and as a VP and Associate General Counsel for the Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. (CPCU Certification).
