Minette A. Kwok, a Partner with Minami Tamaki LLP, is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law and former Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Northern California Chapter. She has been listed in Northern California Super Lawyers for the past seven years and as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Northern California Super Lawyers in 2007 and 2008. She has been selected as one of California's leading practitioners in Who's Who Legal, and has earned an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for competence and ethics.
