• Two  personal injury settlements in excess of 1,000,000.00. in 2009 and many more over my 40 year career in practicing law. Over 30 career jury trials.  Many large jury verdicts in excess of $250,000.

• Graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1961; Graduated from Tulane University in 1965 with a BA in Political Science; Graduated from San Francisco Law School in 1969; I was Student Body President at SF Law School; I passed the  Calif. Bar on the first exam.
