Paul J. Barulich is the founding and managing partner overseeing all practice areas of the firm. Estate planning clients include high-net-worth individuals and families with an emphasis on succession planning for the family-owned business. Mr. Barulich has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in courts throughout California, Hawaii, and other states in contested estates. Mr. Barulich is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, past member of the Executive Committee for the State Bar of California (Trusts and Estates Section), and past chair of the San Mateo County Bar Association (Probate Section). He also serves on several charitable boards of nonprofit organizations and is active in civic events.
