Profile

I am a full-time family law mediator in San Francisco. As a neutral mediator, I work with both parties together in my office to reach agreements concerning their children and all financial matters, including child support, spousal support and division of complex and not-so-complex estates.

I work with couples to create balanced property, custody and divorce agreements which are tailored to each family's unique circumstances. I help families stay out of court and work to ensure that the divorce process is as civilized and as painless as possible.

In addition to my divorce mediation work, I also work with couples to create premarital and cohabitation agreements and to encourage stronger relationships by helping them understand and memorialize the terms of their financial partnerships.

My associate Shelley Kennedy, also a Hastings graduate and trained in mediation, is a great help in our busy office. We both enjoy working with couples who are committed to working together to reach agreements despite difficult circumstances.
