Randall Scarlett concentrates his practice in the areas of traumatic brain injury, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death. Extremely dedicated to survivors of traumatic brain injury, Randall has obtained several record-setting verdicts for clients (including $26.053 million in 1995 and $22.8 million in 2007), and is widely recognized for his use of demonstrative evidence at trial. He is a past-chair and current Board Member, Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group (AAJ), past-Vice President and current Board Member (California Brain Injury Association), and Advisory Board Member (Marin Brain Injury Network).
