Randall J. Hakes is resolves discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, trade secrets, ADA access, and various other employment matters.  He practices in California state courts, the United States District Court, Eastern District of California., and before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Prior Prio to joining Jackson Lewis in 2007, Mr. Hakes litigated employment, business, commercial, and copyright matters.  He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Business Law Journal, University of California, Davis, School of Law while earning his Juris Doctor degree and was an Academic All Pac-10 football player for the University of California, Los Angeles while earning Bachelor Degree.  Mr. Hakes has spoken at various employment law seminars and written employment law articles for the Council on Education and Management and the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal.
