Having practiced since 1964, Mr. Bryan is experienced in advocacy, negotiation, mediation, and counseling in family law, estate litigation, and business litigation. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator. He was elected by his peers to the American Board of Trial Advocates, as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and to offices in the local and state bar associations. A lecturer on continuing education programs for attorneys, Mr. Bryan has also written several articles. During his tenth year of practice, Mr. Bryan received an AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell national rating service -- the earliest date such a high honor can be bestowed.
