Richard Diestel has tried numerous high-profile cases to verdict and successfully resolved hundreds more. He is a senior partner in the Bledsoe Law Firm, long recognized as one of San Francisco's premier litigation firms. Particularly effective before San Francisco juries, Mr. Diestel's practice includes cases in state and federal courts throughout Northern California. Rich is a charter member and past president of The Lawyers' Club of San Francisco American Inn of Court and has served as an arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court for more than 20 years. He is a longstanding member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, earned his law degree at Hastings College of the Law, and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
