Robert Chiles began his career in San Francisco in 1974 practicing admiralty, commercial, insurance, personal injury, and construction law. He has extensive experience in handling complex cases, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. In 2000, Mr. Chiles moved his practice to the Peninsula, establishing a partnership with Kenneth Prochnow. Their goal is to provide their clients with careful, thoughtful, and creative representation consistent with the risks and costs of litigation. Mr. Chiles is admitted to the California State Courts, the U.S. District Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
