Profile

Roger M. Schrimp has extensive experience in complex business and antitrust litigation, having tried cases in both state and federal jurisdictions in California and other states for over 40 years. He earned his B.A., with honors, and his J.D. from UC Berkeley and a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of the Pacific. Mr. Schrimp served a six-year term on the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, serving as President of the Board in 1998-1999, and is on the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Schrimp is former President of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and a member of the ABA and the State Bar of California, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, ABTL, CTLA, and ATLA.
