Mr Kazan filed his first case on behalf of an asbestos victim in 1974, and since then have represented thousands of injured workers and their family members in court cases, service on creditors' committees for asbestos disease victims and has lobbied and testified in Congress on behalf of asbestos victims. He has devoted almost all of his time to asbestos law for many years, but also has extensive experience in medical malpractice and other toxic tort lawsuits. Mr Kazan is a graduate of Harvard University and is the founding, senior and managing partner of the firm.
