Theo Emison is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and employment cases.  Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from USF School of Law, Mr. Emison has successfully obtained jury verdicts or arbitration awards in medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, auto accident, and personal injury cases.  In a 2008 wrongful death case, Mr. Emison and his partner, John Hullverson, obtained the third largest California Kaiser arbitration award reported that year.  Attention to detail and a relentless commitment to his clients drive Mr. Emison's success.  Mr. Emison is an active member of the AAJ, CAOC, and the SFTLA.  He serves as a director of Legal Aid of Marin and CAOC, and sits on the SFTLA's Mock Trial Committee and ADR Kaiser Sub-Committee and on CAOC's Kaiser CLE Committee.
