Ms. Hinden grew up in a family of lawyers and advocates for the underdogs of the world. Her father's firm, The Law Offices of Hinden and Breslavsky, represents injured workers in Southern California, so it was only natural that she would follow in his footsteps. Ms. Hinden's practice focuses primarily on: employment litigation for the plaintiffs (including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, whistle-blowing and wage and hour claims for individuals and on a class basis), representation of medical lien claimants in workers' compensation, and personal injury plaintiffs. Ms. Hinden believes in those seen as having a small voice and enjoys giving them a much louder projection. She regularly counsels disabled persons and persons of other suspect classes regarding their rights at work. Ms. Hinden made the Rising Stars list in 2009 and 2010.
