Chris Britton handles a variety of business litigation in state and federal courts ranging from the areas of antitrust, contract, and employment law, among others, and advises various professional organizations regarding the conduct of their affairs. His experience includes serving as trial counsel for Cox Communications, Inc. in California. A graduate of Duke University Law School and a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, Chris is a member of the State Bar of California, Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and the San Diego County Bar Association. He is the former Chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the San Diego Bar and is actively involved in projects working to promote literacy.
