Admitted to Practice in the State of California (1979) and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and before the Sixth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kirby has practiced in the areas of Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy for 26 years. He presently serves as counsel to creditors, bankruptcy trustees and official creditors' committees. He has been appointed by the United States Trustee to serve as a trustee and as an examiner in chapter 11 cases, and has served as an elected chapter 7 trustee.
