Frank T. Vecchione is a highly experienced and successful criminal defense lawyer in San Diego, California. After serving as chief trial attorney for the Federal Defenders of San Diego, he opened his own practice in 1978. Since then, he has achieved positive results for hundreds of clients in federal and state courts throughout the country, both at trial and appellate levels.
A graduate of the Boston University School of Law, Mr. Vecchione focuses his practice on representing white collar defendants. His clients include government officials, medical professionals, professional athletes and corporate officers. A few of his noteworthy cases include State v. Ferguson, called "the largest marijuana case in the history of Iowa" and United States v. Telink, called "the largest fraud in the history of San Diego County."
Mr. Vecchione is a long-standing member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Criminal Defense Lawyers of San Diego and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. He has also served on the faculty of the National College of Criminal Defense Lawyers and been selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America."
