Profile

With a practice that focuses on products liability, wrongful death and personal injury issues, Gayle Blatt joined Casey Gerry more than 20 years ago, and has steadily climbed the legal ranks ever since, handling dozens of high profile, multi-million cases. With expertise in pharmaceutical litigation, she recently played represented Casey Gerry in Multi District Litigation against the makers of Hydroxycut, a diet supplement found to cause liver failure. A past president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Blatt has been honored two times with the organization's "Outstanding Trial Lawyer" award. She is active in the community as well as professionally, and is a workshop leader of the San Diego Inn of Court and has served as a judge in national advocacy competitions. Blatt was also a volunteer attorney for Trial Lawyers Care, an ambitious program which provided pro bono services to the families of the victims of 9/11; and is a board member of the Lawrence Family Jewish Community.
