Profile

Harvey Berger represents individuals, small businesses, and billion-dollar corporations in all aspects of civil litigation. His specialty is employment law, representing employees and defending employers in lawsuits and class actions. He has been voted one of the Top Ten Employment Lawyers in San Diego in 2005-2008. This is his third year on the Super Lawyers list. Harvey received a Master's in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management (1976) and J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law (1981). Harvey lectures throughout the Southern California area on wage-and-hour issues, sexual harassment, and management issues. He is an arbitrator for the San Diego County Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee and privately arbitrates and mediates cases.
