James F. Holtz’s practice is focused on complex business and corporate litigation in California and Nevada. His client base includes Fortune 500 companies, local businesses, and individuals. Mr. Holtz has successfully litigated business contract disputes, real estate, environmental liability, trademark and copyright infringement, product liability, personal injury, medical and pharmacist malpractice, class actions, and complex construction litigation. He has tried wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Mr. Holtz has practiced in the area of insurance litigation for more than 25 years. He is admitted to practice in California, Nevada, and the federal courts. A frequent lecturer and published author for legal and industry organizations, he teaches at California Western School of Law.
