Profile

This is Jeff Joseph's third consecutive year being listed in Super Lawyers. Jeff has been Associate Dean and General Counsel at Thomas Jefferson since 2006. He handles a wide variety of educational legal matters and teaches Civil Procedure and Trial Practice. Prior to joining the school Jeff spent 25 years as a trial lawyer with the Department of Transportation handling highway accident, eminent domain, contract, environmental, and employment cases. In 1992, he became Deputy Chief Counsel in charge of the 17-lawyer San Diego office. He has served on the San Diego Superior Court Judge Pro Tem panel in jury and nonjury trials, and on the court's arbitration panel. He continues to serve on the court's mediation panel.
