Kevin F. Quinn specializes in catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, and products liability. A former West Point football star, he attended San Diego State University, studying political science and engineering. He graduated magna cum laude from the California Western School of Law. Recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Kevin is also a member of ABOTA. He has been honored by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego with two Outstanding Trial Lawyer Awards and Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1999. He won the first Shiley Heart Valve case and successfully tried the first elder abuse cases under a new state law. A personal witness to the 9/11 attacks, he later obtained a multimillion-dollar compensation for the family of David Berray who was killed when the north tower collapsed.
