At The Law Offices of Michael Goldstein, we represent victims of catastrophic injury throughout California from our Cardiff location. Mr. Goldstein has litigated and reached successful settlements in numerous catastrophic injury cases, including those caused by motor vehicle negligence, medical malpractice, industrial accidents, defective automotive products and defective medical products. During the past 25 years, his practice has developed around his special knowledge of and emphasis on handling catastrophic injury claims resulting from automotive tire failure litigation.
Since his first tire failure case in the late 1980s, Mr. Goldstein has successfully prosecuted more than 25 such claims and recovered more than $50 million on behalf of victims. With his acknowledged proficiency and success in the area of defective tire litigation, Mr. Goldstein has addressed issues regarding such litigation with national and local media. He has also lectured on the subject around the country to attorneys who focus their practices on automotive product liability litigation.
Mr. Goldstein is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), whose membership is limited to a select group of trial attorneys. He is also a two-time recipient of the "Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award" from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for his achievements in challenging catastrophic injury cases.
