He has also lectured on the subject around the country to attorneys who focus their practices on automotive product liability litigation.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), whose membership is limited to a select group of trial attorneys. He is also a two-time recipient of the "Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award" from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for his achievements in challenging catastrophic injury cases.
