Patrick Hall is a shareholder of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. His practice concentrates on the criminal defense of individuals and corporate entities prosecuted, or under investigation, by state or federal agencies. His cases range from the defense of federal white-collar matters, including anti-trust; fraud; securities fraud; environmental; tax; narcotics; extradition and forfeiture, to the defense of complex state criminal prosecutions, juvenile and administrative actions. He has defended clients in 16 different states and has appeared in before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Hall received his B.A. from Stanford University (1977). He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (1980).
