Roe School District:  $14,000,000 settlement for traumatic brain injury and stroke resulting from improper supervision. Logan v. LACMTA, $3,300,000 settlement for multiple injuries (bus v. pedestrian) including extensive degloving injury to the lower extremity. Standley v. Laub, MW Reid Welding, $2,050,000 settlement for multiple injuries including spinal fracture requiring surgery in motor vehicle v. pedestrian accident. Zou Case, $1,250,000 settlement for multiple injuries including open femur fracture, ankle fracture, closed head trauma, facial fractures and blunt internal trauma in car v. pedestrian accident.
