• The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization has certified Mr. McNiff as a Specialist in Family Law since 1994.

Bar/Professional Activity:

• Mr. McNiff has presented educational programs around the state of California for many years for various bar organizations and Bar Associations, including the California State Bar each year from 1995 to 2005, local bar associations, AAML and NBI.  Mr. McNiff served as Chair of the State Bar of California Family Law Section Support South Committee, 1995-1997.  Mr. McNiff also served as a Judge Pro Tem and as an Arbitrator for 10 years ending in 2004.

Pro bono/Community Service:

• Mr. McNiff served as Chair-Elect of the Certified Family Law Specialists Committee of the North County San Diego Bar Association for 2009-2010, and Mr. McNiff has been chosen to serve as Chair of the Certified Family Law Specialists Committee of the North San Diego County Bar Association for 2011. • Mr. McNiff's clients include accomplished people in the entertainment industry, successful business owners and professionals, and other people with the financial means to afford the best legal representation available.  Mr. McNiff is not at liberty to disclose client's names because the professional rules in California require attorneys to preserve the secrets of the client at every peril to the lawyer.
