Mr. Witzer has tried more than 100-plus trials to verdict. Among the firm’s cases are numerous matters that have set record highs for various county, state and even national court houses for cases of their type, including premises liability, assault and battery, entertainment law, copyright infringement, environmental mold and pharmaceutical. On a national level, the Witzer team achieved a nearly $25 million settlement in a case of toxic mold exposure, the first case of its kind to draw an association between neurocognitive and neurological damage as a result of this poisoning. From clear liability catastrophic injury cases to complex multi-party pharmaceutical litigation, the Witzer firm has been the one chosen by some of the state’s top attorneys for outright referral or collaboration.

THE MAN

Brian D. Witzer is a President’s Scholar and magna cum laude graduate of Temple University. He is a member of the State Bar of California in addition to the State Bar of Pennsylvania. Witzer has won numerous multimillion-dollar cases for his clients over the past 30 years. Added to his list of accomplishments is his recent nomination for California Trial Lawyer of the Year, and as a result of this success and dedication, Witzer has been named to the Southern California Super Lawyers® list for 2009.
