Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov is one of the oldest and most respected plaintiffs’ litigation firms in Los Angeles. Polakov have more than 60 years of combined experience in the field of workers’ compensation and industrial accidents. Stoll, the firm’s senior partner, has been an attorney licensed to practice law for more than 38 years. He has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court, winning an important insurance coverage case, Nueva v. John Deere Insurance Company, et al. He has obtained verdicts, judgments, awards and settlements in more than 10,000 cases, including more than 500 awards of $100,000 or more. He obtained a judgment of $35 million in a truck vs. bicycle case and a settlement of $28 million in a wrongful death case. Stoll has handled more than 50 cases that garnered $1 million-plus.

Stoll frequently appears as a legal commentator on major television networks such as NBC, CBS and CNN. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (Advocate Rank) and is a longtime member and supporter of the Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
