Adam's is one of the litigators in this firm, handling estate, trust, probate, conservatorship, guardianship, trustee and fiduciary litigation. Adam L. Streltzer joined the firm in 2007. He has been practicing law since 1994, with a special emphasis on business litigation in state and federal courts, including collections, creditors' rights and enforcement of judgments. His law experience also includes routine corporate and business transactions, and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Streltzer now specializes in estate, trust and conservatorship litigation. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University in 1991 and his law degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1994, where he had been an Associate Editor of the law school's academic journal, The Transnational Lawyer. Mr. Streltzer is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern California District Federal Courts. He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Sections of the California State Bar, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Adam was honored in "Super Lawyers" in 2007 by Law and Politics, published by Los Angeles Magazine.  He is also a member of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, the Commercial Law League of America and the California Association of Judgment Professionals.
