• $1.7 Million settlement on behalf of newborn infant’s deformity due to defendant’s negligent attempt to terminate the birth and subsequent failure to identify the failure. Case Confidential
• $2.6 Million settlement of medical malpractice action on behalf of newborn infant who suffered brain injury due to negligent delivery. Case Confidential

• $6.5 Million verdict with punitive damages against State Farm and Oregon Mutual for insurance bad faith.  Both companies failed to honor their respective polices when a 33-year-old mother and her two daughters, aged 12 and 13, were in a car that was struck head-on by a driver.  The mother was killed and the two girls suffered injuries.
