Profile

Barry Fink is the Taxation and International Law Practice chair and spearheads the firm's transactional tax and tax litigation practice. He represents both U.S. and multinational parties in domestic and foreign mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions. Mr. Fink has unique experience in the gaming, hospitality, and resort industries, having participated in the purchase and sale of more than 50 gaming, hotel, resort, and golf course properties in the U.S. and foreign countries. A former trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., Mr. Fink served on President Carter's Tax Advisory Committee, as legal advisor to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and as tax advisor to numerous federal and state political candidates.
