A trial lawyer with more than 38 years of experience, Barry H. Hinden is the senior partner and founder of the Los Angeles, California, firm Hinden & Breslavsky. Mr. Hinden has devoted his practice to restoring the benefits wrongfully denied to injured workers. He is the legislative chair of CAAA, an organization committed to fight for civil rights and the elimination of discrimination.
A prolific author, Mr. Hinden has authored over 80 books and publications, and has been a guest lecturer in more than 100 seminars, teaching the principles of workers' compensation. He is an adjunct professor at Southwestern University, an arbitrator and a judge pro tem. His passion is helping to restore dignity and self esteem to those whose occupations and lives have been altered due to an industrial injury.
