Profile

Mr. Kamine has represented contractors, owners, and sureties in construction litigation for over 30 years. He is Legal Counsel for the Engineering Contractors Association, and is on the board of Public Works Standards, Inc., publisher of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook). He is an AAA arbitrator and mediator, and an arbitrator for the California Public Works Contract Arbitration Committee. He authored Public Works Construction Manual -- A Legal Guide for California (BNi Building News), and over 100 construction law articles for legal and construction periodicals. He also co-authored Chapter 22, "Construction Contracts," 2 California Forms of Jury Instruction (Matthew Bender).
