Brian D. Chase is an 18-year law veteran and partner at BISNAR | CHASE, a leading personal injury law firm located in Newport Beach, California. The firm specializes in catastrophic injury cases caused by accidents and defective products, with a primary focus on defective automobiles.

Chase was lead attorney on three important, precedent-setting appellate opinions: Schreiber v. Estate of Kiser (a California Supreme Court case dealing with expert witness designations), Hernandez v. State of California (an appellate case from the Second Appellate District dealing with governmental design immunity), and Levesque v. Ford Motor Company (an auto products case dealing with Forum Non Conveniens).
Mr. Chase attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and earned a J.D. degree. In 2009, Mr. Chase had his book published, Still Unsafe at Any Speed: Auto Defects That Cause Wrongful Deaths and Catastrophic Injuries," dealing with the auto industry and defective vehicles. His book is the most comprehensive literary work on auto defects since Ralph Nader's 1965 book of the same subject, "Unsafe at Any Speed."
Mr. Chase has published numerous articles and is a frequent nationwide lecturer on litigation related topics and has been a frequent guest on radio and television, including appearances on CBS Special Reports, Peter Jennings/World News Tonight, America's Best Lawyers, CBC Television and Fox 11 News Los Angeles. Brian Chase is the Personal Injury Lawyer Expert on Larry Elder's KABC Talk Radio Show "Larry on the Law," where he answers personal injury and product liability questions and discusses some of his firm's most high-profile cases.
