For 25 years, Mr. Sayas has vigorously litigated cases for employees, consumers, policyholders, and injured persons. His firm has recovered over $50 million in wage-and-hour litigation, insurance bad faith, serious injuries and wrongful death, inverse condemnation, and unfair business practices. He has tried several jury and bench trials to verdict, and argued before state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Sayas serves as Class Counsel for thousands of employees and consumers in class actions. He was featured on the cover of Los Angeles Daily Journal's Verdicts and Settlements and had been selected by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum in recognition of his professional accomplishments.
