Carole E. Handler is nationally recognized as a leading antitrust and intellectual property trial attorney, with special emphasis on the field of entertainment and media. She represented the motion picture industry in copyright and new media cases and represented Marvel Enterprises in its successful battle to reclaim the motion picture rights to its signature character Spider-Man. Ms. Handler is an honors graduate of Harvard and holds city planning and law degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. She publishes extensively and teaches law at USC Law School and Rutgers University Law School. She is active in pro bono litigation. From 2000-present, Ms. Handler has been named one of California's top litigators.
