Real Estate partner Carolyn Jordan received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from UCLA in 1983, and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA in 1986. Ms. Jordan was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986. Ms. Jordan's practice involves both business and real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate secured financings. She was one of the partners involved in the negotiation of the world headquarters lease for a prominent NYSE entertainment company. She acquired numerous office properties for several publicly traded REITs, and recently completed negotiations for the disposition of multiple hospitality properties on behalf of a NYSE hotel and casino company.
