Charles D. Naylor has been representing injured plaintiffs in the state and federal courts of Southern California for more than 30 years. Mr. Naylor concentrates his practice on cases involving maritime law, boating accidents, cruise ship accidents, trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. He also pursues Defense Base Act claims on behalf of non-military civilian contractors injured or killed while working for the federal government. His recent successes include a jury verdict of more than $55 million for the family of a deceased longshoreman.
Mr. Naylor enjoys a national reputation among his peers for his strict adherence to the highest standards of ethics, quality of work and successful prosecution of injury cases.
