Profile

Christine Spagnoli of Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP, is a products liability trial lawyer well-known throughout California. One of her signature victories was a case she co-tried in 1999 against General Motors which resulted in a landmark $4.9 billion verdict.

Due to her vast experience with tire tread products liability, Ms. Spagnoli is a member of several California automotive legal organizations, including the Plaintiffs' Steering committee of Ford/Firestone and the Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel for Cooper Tires. She is an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the former president and first vice-president of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and a board member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Her other memberships include participation in the American Association of Justice (AAJ) and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group, an organization specializing in automotive product liability cases.

Ms. Spagnoli has been listed in the Southern California Super Lawyers magazine as one of the Top 50 Women Southern California Lawyers from 2004 to 2008. Other awards include Most Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer (2001), the F. Scott Baldwin Award from the AAJ and the 2001 Trial Lawyer of the Year award from her alma mater, the Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
