For more than 30 years, Mr. Bahan has been a passionate plaintiff advocate in California, Idaho and Arizona. He has obtained multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients in the areas of product liability, medical and legal malpractice, bad faith insurance, governmental tort liability, elder abuse, class actions and other catastrophic injury litigation. Noteworthy accomplishments include one of Orange County's largest medical malpractice verdicts ($24 million), and a $14.5 million class action settlement involving the mismanagement of a retirement fund. Mr. Bahan graduated with a B.A. from UC Santa Cruz, and a J.D. from USC School of Law.
