- Founder and CEO: Not So Much Foundation
Started in 2008, Not So Much Foundation (www.notsomuch.org) is a non-partisan, California public benefit corporation (organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code) that is committed to the preservation and improvement of our nation’s health care system. The Foundation’s goal is to promote education and public awareness of the need for individual and global sustainability by providing information pertaining to health care, energy conservation and the preservation of natural resources.
In 2010, the Foundation launched its Local Hospital project (LocalHospital.org), a free resource designed to teach individual communities about their nearby health care services by identifying neighboring hospitals and the medical services they provide. Local Hospital also offers information pertaining to the various subsections of the American health care system.
