Cynthia R. Pollock graduated from Loyola Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991. Since that time, more than half of her practice has been devoted to special needs trusts and special needs trust issues. She has a passion for the disabled and disenfranchised, and is dedicated to the caring and professional practice of law.
Ms. Pollock is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is the founding member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Council of Advanced Practitioners. She is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform. Ms. Pollock has been a guest speaker on public radio as well as presenter and co-presenter speaking on issues such as special needs trusts, and estate, financial and health care planning for elder clients.
Ms. Pollock can assist with all estate planning and Medi-Cal needs, and provide caring, professional assistance, including taking the time to explain the process.
