Damian D. Capozzola litigates in the Commercial Litigation and Health Care practices in the Los Angeles office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. Since graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1996, he has litigated in state and federal courts from Hawaii to Delaware across a broad spectrum of issues for some of the nation's largest companies. He chairs EBG's pro bono prosecution program, winning seven jury and two bench trials over the years, and recently co-authored the new edition of Expert Witnesses in Civil Trials: Effective Preparation and Presentation, published by Thomson-West.
