Dana McCune is a founding partner at McCune & Harber, a downtown Los Angeles firm focusing on the defense of school districts and municipalities. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA and Loyola Law School, he specialized in the defense of public entities, serving as a personal injury, civil rights, and employment lawyer for these public entities since 1980. He has successfully defended numerous trials involving catastrophic injuries, constitutional and educational issues, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, defamation, and ADA violations. Mr. McCune, a recipient of this distinction for the last four years, has also served as a Director of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and is a longtime member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
